Adult delivery requirements

The recipient must be at least 18 years old. Age or identity checks may be required where applicable. Orders with incomplete, inaccurate or ineligible delivery details may be held or cancelled.

Processing and tracking

Processing and delivery estimates are shown for guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of address checks, carrier conditions, public holidays, remote destinations or events outside reasonable control.

Delivery problems

Use the contact form with the order number and delivery postcode if tracking is delayed or a parcel appears damaged. Do not publish personal delivery information in a blog comment or public channel.
