For an Ezoryx order, delivery, product or return enquiry, begin with the smallest set of details that identifies the issue. Use the order number for an existing order, the exact product name or SKU for a catalogue question, and the delivery postcode for a tracking enquiry. Keep payment information, identity documents and other unnecessary personal details out of public comments or messages.
Details to prepare by enquiry type
| Question | Useful details |
|---|---|
| Order status | Order number and the email used at checkout |
| Product identity | Exact product name, SKU and live product URL |
| Delivery or tracking | Order number and destination postcode |
| Damaged or incorrect item | Order number, exact product or SKU, short description and photographs when requested |
The current Contact Ezoryx page is the starting point for order status, product identity, Australian delivery and returns questions. Include only the information relevant to the enquiry. Support cannot process an order for anyone under 18.
For delivery and tracking questions
Ezoryx ships only to eligible addresses within Australia. The Shipping Policy says international destinations are not supported and that age or identity checks may be required where applicable. Processing and delivery estimates are guidance rather than guarantees; delays may result from address checks, carrier conditions, public holidays, remote destinations or events outside reasonable control.
When tracking is delayed, prepare the order number and delivery postcode. If a parcel appears damaged, add a concise description and wait for support to request any necessary photographs. Do not publish personal delivery information in a blog comment or public channel.
For damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect items
The current Returns and Refunds page asks customers to contact Ezoryx promptly when an Australian order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or different from the confirmed order record. Include the order number, exact product name or SKU, a concise explanation and clear photographs when damage or an incorrect item is involved.
Keep the item and packaging until support provides the next step. Do not send a product back without receiving instructions and the correct return destination. Change-of-mind returns may be restricted for regulated or sealed goods and must be assessed before anything is returned.
For a product identity question
Open the Ezoryx product directory and copy the complete product name and SKU from the live record. A shortened nickname, remembered price or screenshot may not identify the intended variant when several names are similar. Include the canonical product URL so support can reopen the same record.
- Copy the exact name from the live product page.
- Copy every letter, number and separator in the SKU.
- State whether the question concerns identity, price, stock, delivery or an existing order.
- Include an order number only when an order already exists.
- Do not include card details or unrelated personal history.
Check eligibility and current terms
The Terms and Conditions state that users of the ordering service confirm they are at least 18 and located at an eligible Australian delivery address. They also explain that submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance; an order may be declined or cancelled when age, location, availability, pricing, security or legal requirements cannot be satisfied.
Product names, SKUs, images, prices and stock indicators identify live catalogue records, but availability and displayed information may change. The current product and cart pages are the authoritative record at the time of an order. Check them again rather than relying on an older article, saved image or previous cart.
A concise support message pattern
A useful message can be short: identify the enquiry type, provide the order number when relevant, name the exact product or SKU, state the issue in one or two sentences, and include the delivery postcode only for a delivery question. This gives support a repeatable reference while limiting unnecessary personal information.
Keep the enquiry tied to the current record
Before sending the message, reopen every URL you plan to cite. Confirm that the product page still shows the expected complete name and SKU, and that the policy page still addresses the relevant question. If a current product condition differs from an order confirmation, describe both records with their dates instead of assuming one is wrong. The order confirmation documents the transaction; the live page documents the current catalogue state.
For a return question, retain the item and packaging while waiting for instructions. For a delivery question, keep the tracking reference private and provide only the destination postcode requested by support. For a general product question, an order number is unnecessary unless the enquiry concerns an existing order. These boundaries keep each support request focused and reduce the amount of personal data shared.
